Reservation Requests

Submitting a reservation request does not create an automatic booking confirmation. All reservation requests remain subject to internal review, supplier availability, pricing confirmation, and written approval from Ekeon Group.

A booking is only considered confirmed once the invoice process is completed and any required payment has been received and verified by our team.

Pricing and Availability

All itineraries, rates, and inclusions are subject to change until formally invoiced. Exchange rate movements, supplier changes, seasonal adjustments, and availability constraints may affect quoted pricing.

We reserve the right to revise or withdraw proposals before confirmation where necessary.

Payments

Where payment is requested, clients must follow the invoice instructions issued by Ekeon Group. Payment deadlines, accepted payment methods, and proof-of-payment requirements may vary depending on the booking.

Ekeon Group may decline to confirm or continue a reservation where payment is incomplete, delayed, or unverifiable.

Supplier Services and Travel Responsibility

Ekeon Group coordinates experiences in collaboration with third-party suppliers, guides, lodges, transport providers, and destination specialists. Certain services are therefore subject to the operating terms and conditions of those suppliers.

Travelers remain responsible for holding valid passports, visas, insurance, health documentation, and any other travel documents required for their journey.
